Notes
One of our favorite red wines from Provence! Deep, dark garnet color with pretty legs. The nose has earthiness in addition to the more dominant black fruits. Medium body with good structure. On the palate we detected garrigue, blackberry and black cherry. Tannins were quite strong when we opened the bottle but softened nicely by the time our meal was ready. The wine was delicious now but we are confident it will improve with a few more years.
