Notes
The Tavel was one of our picks to accompany our Thanksgiving meal. A perfect choice for the classic turkey dinner! A very well structured wine–almost too perfect! Fruit, acidity, body are all in harmony with each other.
Nose is floral and citrus. Palate is predominantly red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) but not overpowering as some Tavels can be. This is a Tavel that allows the food to be front and center!
