The rosé from negociant Xavier Flouret. Made by winemaker Christophe Bernard at Château des Demoiselles. Nice salmon color. Medium body. Plum, nectarine on the palate. Nice freshness and acidity. Acidity continues through the finish. Very versatile rosé–nice as an aperitif and with the meal.
